        It saves me the trouble and stress of fumbling with clips and unhooking hooks,Resistance band slips on and it's good to go. I'm not sure how much abuse people put on these things,but it's nylon. The stuff mountain climbers ues to hold up their body. Still not damaged for me and I've used it a whole month
